SAFEGUARDING
The parish of St Stephen Walbrook affirms the Church of England’s ‘Whole Church’ approach to safeguarding, and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all those who are vulnerable (children, young people and vulnerable adults). We expect all of our officers and staff, and those who use our premises, to share this commitment.

Meg Post is the Safeguarding Officer at St Stephen Walbrook and is the first person to contact if you have any concerns around the welfare of a child, young person or adult at risk. She can both be contacted via the parish office by email: office@ststephenwalbrook.net or by telephone: 0207 626 9000.

You can also contact our parish priest, Rev Stephen Baxter if you have any safeguarding concerns, past or present, on 0207 626 9000 or via email on: priest@ststephenwalbrook.net

If you wish to report an issue, either current or historic, and don’t feel able to approach the parish directly, Annette Gordon is the Diocese of London’s Safeguarding Adviser. The Safeguarding Helpline number is 020 7932 1224 and the email address is safeguarding@london.anglican.org
