* Beautiful liturgy at the end of the day
* Space for socially distanced seating

Services here at St Stephen Walbrook take place during the working week – before and after work and at lunchtimes. Choral Evensong provides an opportunity to reflect with beautiful music at the end of the working day. The service of Evensong dates back to the time of the Reformation, incorporating elements of the Offices of Vespers and Compline following the liturgy set out in Archbishop Cranmer’s Book of Common Prayer.

Join our choir to hear beautiful music set amongst passages of spoken liturgy and moments of contemplative silence.

Choral Evensong usually takes place on Wednesday once a month during the choir’s term time *(check dates on our Events calendar at this link).  except in June when the service is held before our annual Summer Party and in August, when our choir take a break.

We rely on generous donations to support our work. Please donate online at this link if you are able.
