In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
(Ephesians 2:21.22)

It will be an exciting privilege to resume public worship at our special church tomorrow with the 12.45pm Eucharist. This will be an important step towards returning to a full range of activities at St Stephen Walbrook, hopefully before too long. However, as you are aware, there are risks involved in restoring worship and so we all have to be cautious.

I very much hope to see some of you tomorrow, but please only travel to the church if you feel completely comfortable about making the journey. We are limiting the number of worshippers to 32 to ensure adequate social distancing; communion will be offered in one kind only and music recorded by The Choral Scholars will be played in the appropriate parts of the service as no singing is permitted yet.

We are planning to stream the service live by Zoom so you can access the service at 12.45pm at this link. We will also release a video of the service which will be available from Saturday, as for recent services. The order of service can be downloaded here and guidance on spiritual communion can be found here

If you have any specific prayer requests, please do contact me.

With blessings and all good wishes

Stephen
