Dear Friends,

It is deeply disheartening that, following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Saturday, we are once again unable to hold public worship at St Stephen Walbrook. As a consequence, our commemoration of All Saints and All Souls on Thursday will be recorded at the church with no congregation present and will be released as a video.

With effect from Thursday 5 November:

  • The church will be open for individual prayer on Thursdays only from 9am -12.30pm and 2-4pm;
  • We will continue to provide recordings of Start:Stop reflections, the Thursday Eucharist and Choral Classics;
  • We will continue to hold Morning Prayer by conference call at 9am on Wednesdays;
  • In addition, we will hold a communal zoom call on Thursdays from 7.30-8pm to which everyone is invited to participate to chat. listen and encourage each other. This will close with the brief service of Compline. The link for this communal zoom call is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/7739658327 – Meeting ID: 773 965 8327

Many thanks for your greatly appreciated support and your varied, valued contributions to the life of St Stephen Walbrook.

Do look after yourselves and each other.

With blessings and all good wishes

Stephen
