Last November the Diocese of London launched the Musicians’ Church website, www.musicianschurch.org, to provide a trusted online home for musicians to identify, view and book the many churches throughout the City and beyond that have facilities for concerts, events and rehearsals.

Supporters of the Musicians’ Church are welcome to join us at 6pm on Thursday 22nd November for an Evening of Words and Music for St Cecilia’s Day at the historic church of St Stephen Walbrook; designed by Christopher Wren in 1672. This special Evening of Words and Music for St Cecilia’s Day featuring the Choral Scholars directed by Andrew Earis and John Rutter CBE marks the next exciting stage in the development of the Musicians’ Church, firstly by establishing it at permanently at St Stephen Walbrook, and secondly by celebrating the launch of a new and more comprehensive website.

The Musicians’ Church is committed to expanding our community of churches within and outside London, as well as developing events and support programmes to celebrate and cultivate our Partnership in the Gospel between churches and musicians.
